U12 All-Star Program Information

U12 All-Star Program - starts January 2024.

This program delivers a higher demanding training environment for the "Committed player" and is delivered at the Indoor Soccer Complex in Stratford. 

To be eligible, Players must take part in the U13 Provincial Assessment phase (Nov-Dec) and or playing on a club team in the U12 Indoor League.

PLAYER ASSESSMENT:

Players will be identified throughout Nov & Dec and will be invited to attend one training session a week at the Indoor Complex (Jan-Mar). 

The All-Star program delivers five components: 

1. Technical development (passing and dribbling)

2. Principles of play (possession/defending) 

3. Mental (competitiveness and learning more about the game) 

4. Physical development (Coordination, balance, speed and agility)

5. Tactical (small sided games -3v3/5v5/7v7)
